CastExpo 2008
Rimrock introduced a new Allen Bradley control system at CastExpo which will soon be available for most of our servo drive equipment. Custom manifolds equipped with the 032 nozzles were displayed including a unit specifically designed to spray engine block castings. Joining us at the show was our Austrian partner, Fill, whose Twistmaster 400 product revealed the latest advancements in decoring technology providing maximum efficiency as well as flexible casting fixtures to accomodate a wide range of parts. The finishing cell displayed demonstrated ABB's innovative Force Control product which provides higher consistencing, improved product quality, and prolonged tool life while reducing programming and cycle times.
