ProSpray

The ProSpray system enables the user to spray the die with precise amounts of lubricant and extremely accurate positioning. The articulation of the robot greatly enhances the user's ability to spray cores and deep pockets. The system consists of two zones (cover zone and ejector zone). The cover and ejector zones each have seven nozzle ports. Each individual nozzle can be turned on or off by solenoid valves on the robot arm.

Each spray zone is supplied with spray air and lubricant. The spray air and lubricant at each zone are controlled by proportional valves (four total) that enable the user to change the pressure and volume accordingly.Thus, zones can be programmed to atomize differently while spraying simultaneously.
