| For users who require the flexibility of a six-axis robot to spray the die on smaller die cast machines (400-600 ton), Rimrock can provide an integrated system utilizing an ABB robot or customer supplied robot. The light-weight spray manifold will have 022, 026 or 032 spray nozzles with an extension to provide nozzle blow-off at a minimum of 6" below the center of the die cast machine. |
