Custom Spray
| A variety of options are available with Rimrock custom spray manifolds. Our plate style manifold is designed to allow easy reconfiguration of the 032 nozzle locations. Up to six different spray zones and two independent blow-off zones can be used separately or in combination during dwell positions. For users who prefer the 025 or 025x nozzles, a frame style manifold can be provided with the nozzles positioned to spray the die quickly and accurately. Combining our two-lube valve package with pilot valves will give the user the ability to control the activation of each nozzle individually. Whatever your spray needs are, Rimrock engineers can design a solution that helps increase quality and consistency. |
