510 Servo Drive Reciprocator

Rimrock's 510 Two-Axis Servo Drive reciprocator is a linear die spray solution with a payload capacity up to 100 pounds. The horizontal axis allows the spray nozzle to be positioned closer to the cover and ejector dies during spray and blow off. The unit comes standard with our lightweight nozzle, the 032.

•	Horizontal Strokes of 30", 36", or 48"
•	80" per second maximum speed for each axis
•	Rack and pinion based motion control
•	Monitored pneumatic pressure and oil reservoir
•	Position feedback through resolvers on each axis
•	Up to 40 directional changes in a spray cycle
•	Up to 40 dwell durations in a spray cycle
•	6 independent spray zones also usable for air blow
•	3 lube capability
•	2 independent air blow zones
•	Up to (28) 032 nozzles
•	Oil lubrication system for (6) linear bearings & (2) drive pinions
