495 Servo Drive Extractor
Rimrock's 495 Servo Drive Extractor is designed for today's competitive die cast industry with its exceptional speed, accuracy, and standard spray system. Simple one-cam slide adjustment allows for a 5" extension with an optional 8" extension available. Our gripper system includes customized clamp paw pads for your specific sprue and biscuit configurations.
The spray system contains a spray manifold assembly consisting of either five Model 025 or 026 spray nozzles. The new light-weight 032 nozzle is also now available for this unit. Rimrock's 495 spray system has the ability to stop at up to 20 points and reverse stroke up to 19 times with the EPIC controller. Each stop point can have an individual spray duration programmed through the keypad on the control panel. The unit can also sweep spray between stop points.
