195 Floor Mounted Extractor
Rimrock's industry proven 195 extractor incorporates a biscuit gripper and spray manifold in one unit to remove castings and spray your die. The extend and clamp mechanism allows for the straight-line removal of castings, while the lubrication system sprays virtually any die. The base rotation & hydraulic motor are optimized for precise movement at maximum acceleration.
The spray manifold assembly consists of five Model 026 double-headed spray nozzles or (8) 032 light-weight spray nozzles. A spit shield is equipped on the blow off air tube for protection of the spray manifold. Rimrock's 195 spray system has the ability to stop at up to 20 points and reverse stroke up to 19 times with the EPIC controller. Each stop point can have an individual spray duration programmed through the keypad on the control panel. The unit can also sweep spray between stop points.
