Reduce process variation while increasing speed and consistency by automating your extraction process.
Rimrock’s extractors and robot extract systems are easily programmed to remove the casting and inspect it via whisker sensors, photoeyes, or limit switches to determine if it is acceptable to continue through the process. In addition, the 195, 495, and robot can all be incorporated with a spray manifold to perform the extract and spray process with a single unit.
